Having been researching, teaching, and practicing architecture both in China and in the United States for over two decades, Ms. Lu has had extensive experience in the architectural development of luxury condominium and hospitality assets as well as multifamily, office and retail. She has contributed to the addition of an aggregate of several million square feet of new developments to New York’s skyline. Prior to founding Lu Ning Architecture, PLLC, Ms. Lu was a senior designer and project manager at SLCE Architects. She holds licenses in the Tri-state area, and is professional designated AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C. Currently an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College's Real Estate Institute, Ms. Lu teaches Zoning and Land Use in NYC. Ms. Lu also serves as an Officer at the Chinese American Real Estate Association and the Architectural Advisor for U.S.A. Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
